Tarin started as an AI support agent for engineering teams. We built it, deployed it, and watched it take 40% of the support calls off a national automatic doors business.
Then something interesting happened: clients started asking us to do more. Could it answer the phones? Book appointments? Sort the invoices? Plug into the CRM?
We realised the real need wasn't one more AI product. It was someone to look at the whole business and build the right thing. So that's what we do now.
The team has been running a digital agency since 2011, building websites, Google Ads campaigns, booking systems and bespoke software for SMEs.
